Customer acquisition, handled.

Southgate runs your ads, answers your calls, follows up in seconds, and books the job — so you can stay in the field.

Built for businesses that live on booked appointments

Most companies don't have a leads problem — they have a follow-through problem.

How it works

Everything between the ad and the booked job.

Southgate handles the whole path, in order.

  1. Ads that ring the phone

We plan and run your advertising on the channels your customers actually use when they need you, tuned to the work you want more of.

  2. Every call answered

Days, nights, weekends. A missed call is a job your competitor books, so the phone gets picked up, every time.

  3. Follow-up in seconds

New leads hear back before they've had time to call the next company on the list. Speed wins the job more often than price does.

  4. Booked, confirmed, reviewed

Qualified work lands on your calendar with confirmations and reminders. After the job, the review request goes out on its own.

Northwest Arkansas

Local, on purpose.

Southgate Strategies works with growing businesses across Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, and the towns in between. If your business runs on answered phones and booked appointments, we're local to you.

We built Southgate on the way good local companies already operate: answer fast, do what you said, and let the work speak for itself.

We keep our client roster small on purpose: this only works when we know your services, your market, and your schedule like our own.

Questions

Before you call.

The things owners ask first. If yours isn't here, ask it directly.

Ask us
What does Southgate actually do?

We run the whole path between someone needing your service and that job sitting on your calendar. That means placing and managing your advertising, answering the calls it produces, following up with every inquiry within about a minute, qualifying the work against standards you set, and booking it into your schedule. You keep doing the work. We keep the calendar full.

Who do you work best with?

Established local service companies with a crew, a working schedule, and room to take on more. In practice that means you have a team rather than a one-person operation, you could absorb another fifteen to twenty-five appointments a month without dropping quality, and you have a business profile with real reviews on it. If you aren't there yet, we'll say so on the first call rather than take your money.

Does a real person answer my phone?

Calls are answered by an automated assistant, and it says so at the start of every call. It handles the routine part well: what's wrong, where you are, what your schedule has open. Anyone who wants a person gets routed to one, and anything urgent or unusual is escalated rather than handled. Calls are recorded, with notice, so you can hear exactly what was said on your behalf.

How quickly does a new inquiry get a response?

Under a minute, day or night. That is the whole point. Most jobs go to whoever answers first rather than whoever is best, so a call at two in the morning gets answered and booked into a morning slot instead of going to voicemail.

How does pricing work?

Three separate things, kept separate on purpose. There's a one-time setup fee for building the system around your business, a flat monthly fee for running it, and your advertising budget. That budget you pay straight to the ad platform out of your own account. It never passes through us, so there's no markup to wonder about. On top of that we charge per appointment we book that meets the agreed standard. What those figures come to depends on your market and your capacity, so we quote once we've looked at your numbers.

Who pays for the ads, and whose account do they run in?

You pay for them, in an ad account you own. We build and manage the campaigns inside it. That matters more than it sounds: the account, its spending history, and everything it has learned about your market stay with you. If we ever part ways, you aren't starting from zero.

How do I know a booked appointment is a real one?

Because what counts as real is written down before we start. Every appointment has to pass a fixed checklist: inside your service area, the kind of work you actually take, a decision-maker on the line, a confirmed number and address, and a specific slot on your calendar. Each of those checks is recorded. If one doesn't meet the standard, you flag it inside the dispute window and you don't pay for it.

What happens if you don't deliver what we agreed to?

The number of appointments we commit to goes in your contract before you sign, and it's calculated from your budget and your market rather than picked out of the air. If we come up short, your monthly fee stops while we keep working to close the gap. If it still isn't closed after that, the monthly fees you've paid come back to you. The setup fee doesn't, because that work was already done.

How long before it's actually running?

Weeks rather than days, and most of the waiting isn't us. Google verifies your license, insurance and background before your ads can run, which usually takes a few weeks. Carrier registration for text messaging runs on its own clock alongside it. We start both the day you sign and tell you every time one of them moves. Once ads go live, the first stretch is a ramp while your ranking builds.

If we stop working together, what do I keep?

Everything. The ad account, the phone numbers, the customer records, the history behind them. It's all set up in your name from the start. Your customer data is also walled off from every other account we run, and that sits in the contract rather than being something we just say.
