This Privacy Policy describes how Southgate Strategies LLC ("Southgate," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit southgatestrategies.com or communicate with us. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run our business, and we don't sell your information.

- Website analytics. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing. Sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf — such as the messaging platform that delivers the texts — is permitted solely so those messages can be sent, and those providers may not use your number for any purpose of their own.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process information on our behalf so we can operate — for example website hosting, and the platform we use to send and receive customer communications — and only as needed for them to perform those services on our behalf, or when required by law. These providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own marketing. This does not change the SMS commitment above.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it.
Your choices
- You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us.
- You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
